Would you pace when the international UTC time stops for a second to correct today?

ClockUTC an international Universal time clock shall stop for a second on the 30th June to adjust its leap second. Would we want to contribute a second of this intercalary motion in space to help us think Health. Seconds are all what it takes sometimes to bring you down from a fast and successful pepping life on a hospital bed you may not ever leave…Mayo would define a normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats a minute. Generally, a lower heart rate at rest implies more efficient heart function and better cardiovascular fitness. For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting heart rate closer to 40 beats a minute.

Doctors also, may have only 90 seconds to create that lasting, good impression, across their several healthcare scenarios to make a connection with patients and ailing.

we can search to confirm that U.S. officials say the Healthcare.gov website is improving for its users, and response times are now less than a second.

I saw 15 magically awkward seconds roll by while a man panics after accidentally insulting America. If you live in Canada and have fancy universal health care, you can watch it here.

In this world, we are well aware that, there will be moments when mere seconds can make the difference between life and death. there would be moments when you would need a 411 on 911, an app such as Rapid SOS to get you from the Diner where you are choking , to an emergency department.

As we have less than seconds to catch a ball, less that a second to deal with an emergency in business, law courts, heart attacks, ICU and we care for every second, even to the core of the earth and deleniate its very existence to the UTC timing and will all be forced to stop, it may not actually matter for many many days, many many weeks, many many years before we actually may need to adjust our wrist watches or clocks for this important second for a few astronomical geeks who would want to adjust this leap second in tent time. Isn’t it similar to the fact that it may not take weeks and years for you to actually contract chronic, acute, medical condition like diabetes, heart attack owing to a long seduntary lifestyle, negligence in weight management, exercise skips over years and all the more training your mind every minute, every second to thank some power to  keep you healthy and living and ticking every second?

Pause and think for life, for health, for you yourself, for others who you think you care for, pause for this time in life that stares at us, wanting us to think in retrospect to manage each second of our life better and healthier on a system of seconds based on astronomical calculations in the sexagesimal (base 60) system dated back to the 1500 BC in Egyptian time.
