This is a real television advert in Canada featuring children having heart attacks. When I did advanced paediatric life support training (back in the day!), one of the first things they teach you is that it’s incredibly rare for a child to suffer a cardiac arrest. You are told to expect a respiratory arrest. For example as a result of drowning. Now, cardiac arrest in children is an ‘advert.’ It’s real. It happens – you know from what!!
